We are a family-owned business with a rich history in tea trading.
Our story began when our hardworking late grandfather, Habibullah Paracha set the foundation for tea trading industry many years ago. Today, along with our uncles and cousins, we have earned a solid reputation of being reliable tea traders.
Trained under the credible leadership of our elders, we have operated Faisal Traders for 20 years in the tea market.
Building on the proud legacy of our forefathers, we now operate as Platinum Trading Company. When you do business with us, know that you’ll not just be dealing with tea and other commodities. You’ll be served with credibility, industry experience, and a well-rounded skillset.

Taha Mumtaz Piracha
Hailing from Karachi, Pakistan’s port city, Taha Piracha showed business acumen from an early age. As a teenage son of a business consultant, he established his own clothing brand after his name. After making a name for himself in the fashion industry, Taha moved onto the family business of tea trading.
Based in the trading hub of Jodia Bazar with his cousin, Shehzad, a co-owner of Platinum Trading Company, Taha has since served the tea industry with dedication and trust. Pursuing advanced education in accounting, Taha has maintained and strengthened relationships in the local market and across the border particularly in the African continent with tea exporters, importers, retailers, wholesalers and packers. Taha also brings valuable transferrable skills from his real-estate business.
Shehzad Piracha
Being raised in the busy city of Karachi, Shehzad has an 8 year Alim degree in traditional Islamic education. This helps Shehzad in ensuring that the company operates on Islamic values of trustworthiness, hard work and respect.
